The Concierge program which is exclusive to Compass is among a suite of services which is designed to prepare your home for the market. Your Compass agent will work with you to assess every opportunity to elevate your home's value and to improve the selling experience. Once the necessary improvements have been accessed and agreed upon, Compass will cover all upfront costs and collect at the time the property closes escrow. By investing the money for the improvements to your home, Compass aims to provide a faster, smoother and more profitable sale of your home.
